It enjoys convenient transport as it's less than 1 kilometer away from Shenyang-Dalian Expressway, Harbin-Dalian Highway, and Changchun-Dalian Railway.
Founded in 1987, the enterprise now has become a medium-scale professional manufacturer of various special steel wires with fixed assets of RMB50 million, an annual turnover of RMB100 million and a factory area of 30,000 square meters, and a construction area of 20,000 square meters.
The company is equipped with 25 sets of complete production equipment, including wire-drawing machines, straightening machines, heat treatment furnaces, grinders, surface treatment equipment, etc., as well as perfect inspection equipment such as metallographic microscopes, hardness testers, and material testing machines to conduct various physical performance detections.
Its main products are wires, straight straps, and ground steel wires made of high-carbon chromium bearing steel, high-carbon chromium stainless steel, high-speed tool steel, alloy and carbon tool steel, alloy and carbon construction steel, stainless steel and alloy spring steel, etc. The company organizes productions strictly in accordance with national standards, provides tailor-made products, and sells products throughout the country, as well as to the United States, Canada, India, Taiwan, etc.
The enterprise passed the certification of ISO9001: 2000 issued by China Quality Mark Certification Group Co., Ltd. in 2001, and was awarded as "Contract-honoring & Promise-keeping" Unit by Liaoning Provincial Government in 2002.
